Nuwavemalta is a non profitable Club which have been trying and will keep on trying to promote the alternative 80's here in Malta Cos I'm sure there are lot's old people like me
that are so nostalgic of what we had here in the 80s and even more to what we didn't have - The clubs to express ourselves properly as there was no place for the non cheesy pop entertainment places. Perhaps only to the exception of the Raffles 1984-1987 era. As the story is repeating itself even today with all the 80's revival and retro parties etc... still there wasn't any place for me and my friends. So by means of the nuwavemalta website and alternative 80s events I support I'm trying to keep the alternative 80s alive and perhaps one day I'd see the same crowd I see when I go to those small New Wave/goth Clubs in London.
